Persephone and Hades. While I was planning this drawing, I did a little reading on Persephone. I found out she was sometimes depicted with the "Archaic smile". According to Wikipedia, "it is a smile which, to some modern interpreters, suggests a feeling of happiness via ignorance." So I tried to make her look a bit stupid. XD

I made it to go along with my Salome piece, but in the end, they aren't so similar. Oh well.
